Casablanca Catering Hire<\/a>\n were busy over the Bank Holiday Weekend as we took to London\u2019s \nSouthbank to provide our marquee, gazebo and event hire services to two \nfood and cultural festivals celebrating all things Spanish and \nMalaysian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our event hire team were working from Friday to Monday to provide our\n first class services to the Streets of Spain Festival, held at the \nSouthbank Centre from Friday 1st<\/sup> May to Monday 4th<\/sup> May, and the Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market, held on the River Thames from on Saturday 2nd<\/sup> May to Sunday 3rd<\/sup> May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As London\u2019s premier event hire company Casablanca Hire is always well\n equipped to cater for more than one event at a time, and we showed this\n across the May Day Bank Holiday Weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Streets of Spain Festival<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Friday 1st<\/sup> May to Monday 4th<\/sup> May \nCasablanca Catering Hire pitched their red and yellow gazebos down in \nthe Southbank Centre for Campo Viejo\u2019s Streets of Spain Festival 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This pop-up festival has been run for the past three years and is a \ncelebration of all things Spanish, with food, drink and culture drawing \nin crowds in excess of 300,000 across the Bank Holiday Weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casablanca Catering Hire gladly provided fifty gazebos for the event,\n all coloured either red or yellow to match with the Spanish theme, and \nalso provided an extensive array of furniture for the event as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casablanca Catering Hire\u2019s gazebos and furniture could be seen across\n all the main aspects of the festival; in the Las Ramblas food market, \nthe Plaza Mayor music stage and Logro\u00f1o, where Campo Viejo hosted some \nwine masterclasses including Soundscape, this year\u2019s new installation, \nwhere people could hear the flavours of the wine whilst they were \ntasting it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market, held from Saturday 2nd May to \nSunday 3rd May, took place in between the OXO Tower and Waterloo Bridge \nin a showcase of all things Malaysian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The smell of authentic Malaysian cuisine would have been floating \ndown the Southbank\u2019s Riverside Walkway as chefs from 12 different \nMalaysian restaurants displayed their culinary flair as well as their \nculinary roots with a variety of dishes from satay to laksa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casablanca Catering Hire was called upon to provide 30 marquees for \nthe two-day event where attendees could sample the amazing food on offer\n as well as enjoying Malaysian culture, epitomised through the \nperformances of singer Bonnie Freechyld and her band who were performing\n across the two days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside the cuisine and performances it also gave attendees the \nopportunity to purchase authentic Malaysian ingredients from stalls, \ngiving them the chance to recreate some of the dishes on offer at the \nfestival at home with the same ingredients to give an extra dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casablanca Catering Hire\u2019s services enabled both festivals to achieve\n maximum coverage for all the attendees and gave each festival and added\n dimension as it allowed for a greater range of experiences to be \nrealised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
